I do not have the software, I wish I did and have been looking for a source. As a singer, I do have more than normal respiratory volume. The musculature is well developed. As an asthmatic, exhalation is more restricted. I feel like I have to push my exhalation to avoid being left with too much unexchanged air in the lungs.

Although getting to sleep is a little dicey, I am more refreshed during the day. The APAP is definately a help.
