I have used only Nasal Aire II, and have written on the last several message boards about my own headband, and changes to it, that I have employed. One thing was that for a while I used little cosmetic pads that are almost 3 inches squares of cotton, and stitched them into tubes that I could slip over the N/A tubes against my cheeks. I did that for quite a while, and a set would last for several days. Eventually I quit doing that, but for a time I liked it. I use my own elastic headband with drop-loops that fit the tubes snugly to hold them firm. I have written many times about them. Search Mimi on each of the previous boards for more than a year, and they will come up for you to read if you like.
Good luck.
