I had an experienced "RRT" when I began, and the present individual is a "CRT". The RRT advised me to begin without a heated humidifier. She said if I appeared to need one, she would take care of it. Like EZ said, I don't want warmer air, and I do just fine. By the way, I am a "7" pressure, which may account for not needing the humidity. I do not want to be worrying about the additional issues such as water, larger equipment, extensive cleaning, and more concern about bugs and organisms, especially when I am traveling.
