I have tried three of the Innomed's (NasalAire, NasalAireII, Nasal-
PAP Freestyle) and the old Spiritus (it is similar to the SNAPP),
but I have settled on the Fisher & Paykel Infinity 481. The things
I like about it are:

- The pillows have little skirts on them, which reduces leaking
- It has a single thin silicone strap (about the diameter of a
shoelace on a men's dress shoe) that simply goes around the
head over the ears
- It's incredibly quiet (or so my partner tells me)

The package comes with 4 different size pillows. I've been pretty
happy.
