I can't comment on the mattress or how the noise of CPAP might work out, but it is possible that the thrashing about will go away with CPAP. Before I started using it, I tore my bed apart every night. I tossed around so much that I often had to get up to put the fitted sheet back on the mattress. With CPAP, I hardly move at all. Now I can just flip the covers up to make my bed in the morning. Everything stays tucked in.

Keep working at it. Good luck.
