I haven't heard of the CPAP pillow, but I also use something similar to a nasal pillow (a SNAPP). I have a good feather pillow that I can mold to fit the side of my head when I sleep on my side, and that works pretty well. Still, if I roll over on my side, I have to briefly wake up to adjust the pillow and/or the mask.
