This is a case of where an auto-adjusting CPAP is probably indicated. I would recommend an Respironics Remstar Auto with C-Flex and heated humidifier attachment. Having this great machine will most likely (in all but the most difficult cases) prevent you from having to see your sleep doctor for many years to come.
