When I had my first sleep study, I slept so lightly and must have woken up 20 to 30 times. I was a wreck and didn't sleep well at all. I slept so lightly and I didn't snore (that I know of.)

In the morning, they had me write my comments on how I felt it went.

I wrote that I thought that it would NOT have worked. (I thought NO WAY it worked - and I was really disapointed, like you are now).

But guess what... it worked. It worked so well, that they found I have severe sleep apnea. 91 Apnea's an hour - My brain wakes me 77 times an hour - oxygen level below 80.

So even if you think it didn't work - maybe - hopefully it did.

If it really didn't work - insist to your doctor to try again, and this time take the sleeping meds at 9 or 10pm.
