You’ve got your names mixed up. F&P is a different company from Respironics, so it’s not exactly clear what you have. Please type the name and model number exactly as it appears on the box, the instruction booklet, or the unit itself. My suspicion is that you don’t have an F&P (Fisher and Paykel) machine at all; just an F&P mask.

Note that “Nasal Pillows” are not the type of “pillows” that you think they are. They are a “user interface” that you can use in lieu of a mask. They are basically two cushions that go directly into either nostril to deliver the pressure directly.
