In American measurement he weighs 187 pounds, and is 5’ 6” tall. If he were 6’ 7” tall, he would be extremely tall! I just did the conversion myself.
Even though he doesn’t fit the profile for OSA, this doesn’t mean that he doesn’t have it. He can have “silent OSA,” especially if he doesn’t have tonsils. I suggest finding another doctor who is interested in trying CPAP or otherwise explaining these symptoms. These other conditions may predispose him to OSA (or vice versa); I’m not sure about that.
