Tiredness is caused in main part from being awakened by your apneic events and it may be that the mask problem is causing awakenings and being a problem.
If you have means of downloading your data, you could clearly see the benefits of the machine and if the pressure was proper.
Lacking this, you and your doc are only guessing.
I fail to see how a humidifier can affect this in any way. I do not use a humidifier and have no problems, I think thisis helpful in only a small percentage of patients. I could be wrong, however.

You clearly need data from your sleep. A titration can be misleading.
