I think that I'll go for some sort of strap to close my mouth. I did realize last night that I seemed to have problems breathing through my nose (deviated septum and allergies)...so, een though I used the nasal spray , still had problems...talked to my dr. and he said that I should get my deviated septum operated on first...ugh, so many issues...

what is mma?
