I think you're referring to medicare guidelines, but I'm not sure if insurance companies are compelled to follow these? Maybe call or contact medicare to find out. Are you asking if you can get a mask replacement every 3 months or if you can get one paid for every 3 months? Getting a new seal in 3 months instead of 6 is an easy matter if you pay for every other seal. I'm probably getting judgemental here but a mask or mask seal should last for 6 months if cared for normally. If you're not getting 6 months out of a seal, try to cut back on the washing from every day to every other day. FF masks are always problematic for leaking, just by design.
