My advice for what it's worth- I recommended the Respironics Remstar Auto w/ C-Flex to you here on this forum back on March 30th simply because it has the added feature of the C-Flex and the ResMed machine doesn't. Some people do just fine with the ResMed, but with this added feature that Respironics has, it's hard to beat.

I'm not sure your post was correct when you said your min setting was 2 cm. I don't believe it will go below 4 cm. Also, If your 95th centile pressure is 10.2, you should not be starting at a pressure as low as 4 cm. It would take the machine too long to get from 4 to 10.2. That min should be set a bit higher, maybe 6 or 7. I would also not use the settling feature- just turn that feature off or set it for zero. Reason being that if you get up during the night for a trip to the bathroom and go right back to bed, you'll likely have apneas, snores, or flow limitations immediately once back on therapy, and these will not be treated for 15 minutes.
