you are correct. The minimum is set to 4. I do remember your answer to prior post suggesting Remstar auto with C Flex. My sleep doc wanted results of first month before making a change. It was your post that instigated my addl research on Remstar Auto. I tried without the ramp time and my Resmed would run up to between 10 and 12 within 5 minutes and I couldn't go to sleep. I have averaged wearing it for 7 hr 27 min per night. Out of 29 nights, I have only removed the unit 11 times during the night. Three times for 50 - 70 minutes. All others for less than 20 minutes. I am concerned that my sleep doc will recommend a non auto unit. Do you think my stats justify the Auto unit?
