I am just now back using CPAP about 7 years after trying a few surgeries and unfortunately gaining some unwanted weight. Anyway, I tell you this because I tried CPAP 2 times before; each before the 1st and 2nd procedures. I found the whole CPAP process annoying and was frustrated with the nasal masks and nasal pillows that were available back then. Now that I am back on CPAP, I wanted a mask that would allow me to sleep on my stomach and CPAP Pro seemd to be that kind of mask so I bought one. I have not been overly impressed with it, but I continue to try it out since it wasn't cheap. I have not been able to sleep very long with it (yet) and it is more air-noisey compared to my ResMed Mirage Swift nasal pillows. It has been challenging to keep the CPAP Pro in-place without jamming the "pillows" into my nose ... I have not found the right adjustment/position yet. For now, I consider the CPAP Pro to be a "science" project and I hope it works out better over time. The Mirage Swift pillows will work sleeping on my side or stomach and are my current favorite. In fact, they are making me a fan of CPAP. Hope this helps. Dennis
