I also use a device for bruxism and it helps in several ways -- including helping to keep my mouth closed. For the past few months, it seems like I'm clenching and chewing the device. I wake up with odd-feeling teeth and jaws. Do you think this is what I'd be doing anyway if I didn't have the device, or does having it there tempt me to grind more?
