No smoking with oxygen present?
What is out of the question here?
Oxygen is not explosive itself. It may be problematic if combustionable agents are present.
I have always been amused at the not smoking signs when oxygen is used, Absurd.
Fill a room with oxygen and light a cigarette- Nothing happens.
