First, you should probably not have had it wide open (4-20cm), even though someone set it that way. Those pressures are for a wide range of patients, not any one patient. Then you had it 10-20cm and did better.

What kind of Auto-CPAP do you have? ResMed machines (most of them) are directly downloadable and Respironics machines have the card reader.

ResMed machines can often show central apneas. The s/w does not tell which are obstructive or central. Maybe that's what you are having, centrals?

With these modern auto-cpap's, you should not be having obstructive apneas. The machine should be treating them.

YOu can always go to CPAP mode with an auto and see if apneas are still being scored.
