I have the ResMed S8 Vantage autoset and the Fisher Paykel Flexifit mask. I tightened the mask a little bit, and I only showed two apneas last night. I will try setting it in straight cpap mode at a pressure of 10 and see what happens. Since I now have the software and the card reader, it's easy to download and read each day. I thought it was weird that I would still be having any apneas, but then I thought that since sometimes people have a few even at their sleep studies but are not identified with sleep apnea, maybe it's not uncommon to have some. My DME said I did not show any central apneas when he downloaded the info for me at the beginning of the week, and I have not yet heard back from him regarding my latest readings.

Thanks for your input.
