What are you using to treat your allergies? When my allergies are acting up it seems to close up my nose and throat. I use an auto pap and I can see that I need higher pressure when the allergies are bad.

Maybe you are having allergy/asthma problems and they mimic sleep apnea? A sleep study should help clearify some of your questions.
