Bloating and wind pains

I have been using the CPAP machine for about a year and the other morning I awoke to a very bloated stomach and pains. After a couple of hours it subsided and I realised it was just flatulence. i wondered whether the cpap machine blowing air could exacerbate this situation. I am only on level 8..
