When I am real stuffy, I use benedryl. I get a good night's sleep since that med. tends to make me sleepy plus I get the benefits of clear nasal passages for a few hours.

If you are able to take benedryl, you could try it for a few nights and see if you have any improvement. Check with your doctor or pharmacist to be sure you are not taking any meds that benedryl interracts with.
