Looks that the APAP appears to be the way I will go, based on all the comments I have heard and read.

Still early days as yet. Feeling quite a bit better, regards to being sleepy during the day. Still get sleepy at times, but much less. Wife is happy no more snoring, just a little getting used to the mask.

I suspect I will become a regular to this forum, the feed back keeps me reading for hours. I hope to one day, when I am sleepy at night, I go to bed, I sleep well for a good 6,7,8 hours wake up refreshed and go through the day feeling wide awake. Was I just dreaming!!!!.
