You need a comprehensive overnight sleep test. If you're planning another MSLT test, you should have them together (overnight first, MSLT the next day). I was unaware that they even gave MSLT tests without giving the overnight test first.

You also might want to see a cardiologist, but I'd have the overnight test first. You need to see a sleep doctor whose a neurologist because Narcolepsy is involved! You may be able to see the one who is treating you for Narcolepsy, as (s)he is already familiar with your case.
