In the U.S. it's difficult, due to all the regulatory requirements. If you have two permanent residences, you should have two CPAP's (and two masks, etc.). You can get a new CPAP (with an intgrated or built-in humidifier) for about US$500, so if the price starts geting in that area, consider a new one.
