If you're not sure how to understand all the stats and measurements, that shouldn't be the point. You have a sleep breathing disorder that is helpd by CPAP at 8 cm. Think of this as good news, since there are many people out there who have the same problem and do nothing about finding a treatment- and suffer. If you have any questions about the sleep gear or working to overcome the problems (if any) when using CPAP, please post to the forum and ask questions. Most of us are experienced users.
