Hello, I am new to all this too. I have a doctor that doesn't know all the facts of sleep disorders as some here can you tell. I have voiced my anxiety pretty loud. I hope I didn't offend anyone. With the help of people here I was able to calm down and let my machine help me sleep. I hope you find your place in a good night's rest. good luck
