Coping with CPAP and sleep apnea can be very difficult when complicated by other problems such as chronic pain, etc., etc., etc., but I am convinced that if one can focus on what seems to be the most pressing problem of the moment, problems will slowly begin to yield. Those little bits of progress can be such accomplishments.

I encourage everyone to hang in there and keep seeking answers and solutions. Different things work for different people; don't give up.
