Yes, a change in weight can result in a change in pressure needs. See if your DME or Dr. can loan you an Autopap for a week or two. They can then download your pressure readings to see if you need a change. This eliminates the need for another overnight study.

I found that small changes in pressure affected my sleep. The Dr. lowered my pressure when I complained about the blast of air affecting my sleep. Now I have eliminated that problem by getting an Autopap.
