I don't think they could deny if you had a CPAP with internal back up battery, one suitable for a few hours operation, and just wore it on the plane when you got sleepy. You may want to buy one of those CPAP machines in the future if you travel overseas. You may not realize that Aircraft power is 115 volts 400 hz, where the 400 hz is probably not compatible with your machine, at that it may not be technically possible to use those outlets (or for security reasons), which are by the front and rear exit doors and would require a very long and special extension cord with a twist lock connector to get to your seat, if you were away from the doors.
