You asked for sucessful examples of how an APAP could be paid for by insurance. And that's what I provided. The doctor's letter I submitted to my insurance wasn't much more than the words I used. Can't post a link to a scan of it or an email since the forum doesn't allow. C-Flex combined with APAP isn't the issue, since it's a feature that comes with.

My advice is to buy one first and worry about getting it paid for later. You can always appeal. A Respironcis Remstar Auto with C-Flex can be had on the internet for less than $730.00 If this would mean better sleep therapy to you, you should consider it worth the money, IMHO. Good luck with the fighting.
