If you live in the U.S., it's illegal for them to ask anything about your health except as directly pertains to your ability to do the job. They can ask id you have any conditions that would interfere with your ability to perform the job, or create an unsafe or unhealthy condition. There are very few jobs where Sleep Apnea would be a problem if it is being treated successfully!
