Congrats, these numbers tell you why you have felt so bad the last 3 years. It's very common to bounce between doctors with a sleep disorder. Many people never discover it and live a lifetime with fatigue so feel thankful.

In the simplest terms:

RDI of 46 = your sleep is disturbed 46 times an hour. That's right.

Hypopneas = Half way closed off airway.

Apnea = Stopping breathing for 10 seconds.

Stages = No REM and wierd amounts of other stages says your sleep is disturbed. REM is the time where your body despenses hormones that repair your muscles, joints and keep everything going.

Min Saturation of 91% = Your oxygen is lowered but not real bad.

No arrhythmias = Your heart is beating correctly.

No PLM = Your legs and arms are NOT moving all over the place. Some people have a problem with this.

Try CPAP and see what happens. It can fix the problem for many people. Sounds like you're on the right track to me. Please report back.
