Welcome to the club... You have Sleep apnea. next stop CPAP.. Your next study will be with machine to see if it will work for you, and I hope it works for you as well as it did for me. Night after second study was the best sleep I had in years. I became both a believer and addict. I could not wait to get my own, and I have never slept with out since.
