Flying the Friendly Skies

Wouldn't it be cool if the airlines had facilties for passengers with sleep apnea? I was told by Bird Watcher, that it is impossible to run your CPAP/APAP on airplane electricity because it runs 400Hz. But what can you do if you are on a 12 or 14 hr. flight and have severe apnea? Maybe in the future it would be nice if the airplanes had built-in CPAP/APAPs for passangers. You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one :)
