question

Posted by learningaboutSA on June 05, 2006 at 12:08:01:

I have had my respironics c-flex for 3 months now. I have severe sleep apnea and I'm on a pressure of 16.

For the first 2 and 1/2 months I felt absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!

I sleep 7 1/2 hours per night - all night - and awake feeling well, fresh and rested. It has been an incredible change for the better for me, and I feel the cpap has saved my life.

However, for the last 2 weeks I have been waking and tossing and turning thru the night. I adjusted my humidity to one level lower (it is warmer now and I was getting some rainout) So I think the humidifier is set okay.

Do I have to go up another notch on the pressure? Any ideas?

Thanks!
