This is good advice. Just stay the course for a while with the same pressure. I can also add that Rainout condinsation in the mask and hose (while using CPAP with heated humidification) can wake the body from sleep just as easily as collapse in the airway before the use of CPAP. The body does indeed sense the danger of possibly inhaling the water directly into the lungs through the nose and will try to wake you because of it. Turn the heated humidifier down or off if this is occuring, or search the forums for solutions to this problem that have been posted many times in the past.
