Have you tried losing weight on your own? Before having surgery I think you should try other non-invasive methods first.

I lost 40 lbs. last year by reducing my carb intake and gradually increasing my exercise. I did it slowly and never gave up the stuff I like. Just adjusted my carb intake each day.

I have also used Provagil to increase my energy. It also seems to speed up my metabolism and makes it easier to lose weight. I use it only once or twice a week and it has been very helpful.

I suggest looking into alternative treatments before resorting to a plan that will affect your health for the rest of your life.
