Actually I reduced from 260ish to 240ish (from ~117kg to ~109 kg) by diet. I cut out the Provigil®; it didn’t seem to be helping in terms of weight. It also seemed to be keeping me awake at night (even if I took in the morning).

While 260 is very overweight, it’s not so overweight that I would consider such radical surgery. I hope to reduce to 200 (~91 kg) by more dieting.
