Why a neuro? I should have also said I am already on CPAP and have been for 5 years. I use a Auto PAP Goodknight. My sleep specialist prescribed a pressure range of 7-18-(kind of a give up on his part isn't it?).

This exhale breathing stoppage happens while wearing my CPAP. In fact, it is worse with it on and only on my back.

Could this be why I still feel dopey all the time? If CPAP doesn't fix it, what will?
