what is your room tempature? condensation occurs as a result of difference when you have a bit of a difference. If you keep it pretty cool in your room at night, your breath is warm. inside of mask warm/ outside cool, condensation. This would be my guess, if your mask was not venting it would proabably be leaking air out the side, as the in and out fill them mask similtaniously. However, I am not a scientist but I did spend the night at a Holiday Inn Express. :) ... this is my guess. Hope it helps.
