Three months is a cake walk. Try doing it for over two years, 7 sleep studies, 8 masks, two sets nasal pillows ans it still didn't work. Actually developed claustrophobia from the mask and air. After reading all the positive results on this forum you think there is something additionally wrong with you. This happened to me. I quit for a couple of years, changed doctors reviewed the data, had new sleep study and found the cpap, bipap and auto machines induced central apnea, at a higher rate than it controlled the obstructives. Is this your problem? Probably not. Should you give up? Definitely not. Be patient, give it time keep looking for a solution that is right for you. Mine was the jaw advancement surgery.
