I've been lurking here for several years and have become increasingly concerned with some of the misinformation that is being bandied out. Neuropathy is not a disease of itself. Instead it refers to any disease of the nervous system. It is not any more associated with diabetes than with many other diseases, and there is not particular drug to treat "neropaty" in general.
