Jay, I'm guessing (maybe incorrectly) that PSU may indicate that you're from around Univ. Park.
I had my original sleep study done at State College in 1993 when Dr. Ratner was in a practice there. My numbers were somewhat more severe than yours and the Dr's office called my home and set up a titration study within a couple of days. The sleep tech and the Dr. were concerned that I might not survive for a month or 6 weeks without intervention. Here I am over 13 years later, still kickin'. I'm on my third BiPAP machine and have had good results with the treatment.
