Posted by Skeezix on December 06, 2006 at 23:04:41:Had my first sleep study about 17 months ago. Diagnosis was "moderate apnea". Received prescription for CPAP. Noticed that at end of the study, I felt 50 years younger that morning, like I never slept that well before.
Obtained CPAP. Have worn it every night since July 2005. No more snoring. No more apnea. No problems except for the ***! mask.
BUT:
I am still dead-dog tired every morning regardless how many hours I sleep, and drowsy during the day. Shouldn't I feel at least a bit more rested since the apnea is now gone??
