apneas without desaturations

I have beautiful tracings that clearly show 30 second durations of mixed apneas. No airflows, no effort followed by paradoxical effort then regular breathing. Heart rate fluctuations of 20 bpm yet oxygen saturation stays between 96 to 98%.

This is a home study so no EEG traces to determine arousals.
Patient is NOT on oxygen. Very symptomatic for OSA.

How would anyone else read this?
