I used to take Provigil for this. My sleep doc reported that this is a common complaint, even when the Apneas are well under control. Perhaps it is that we cannot pay back the sleep debt for the many years we went undiagnosed (at least 35 in my case).

However, I decided to stop taking Provigil, although I cannot say that it didn't help.
