I met with my doc on this very subject yesterday and he said that since my sleep numbers from the lab all look pretty normal, ie., AHI, O2 saturation, arousals, etc. that I probably fall under the category of non-specific daytime somnolence. This apparently occurs in about 10% of patients whose sleep numbers look good and are otherwise healthy. One other consideration, did you get checked for narcolepsy?
