AHI or RSI what is the difference

I had two sleep test at two different places. one said my AHI (this place does not list RDI) was 23 the other place (which was done about a year later said my RDI was 53.

What does insurance companys look at. I can not tolerate the CPAP and it never work for me. I had 9 ent surgery procedures for sleep apnea and it just gets worst. I am considering MMA but am afraid of it. My fatigue is running my life.
